1. What are the subjects being offered?
可以补习的科目有哪些？

​All subjects covered in the government and private/international school syllabus are mostly available (except for BM, accounts/econs and Add Maths). PM us for more information if you wish to know more.

2. What is the duration for each class? ​
每堂课的时间是多久？

​Depending on the level, minimum recommended duration is one and a half hour.
​视年级和情况而定，建议最少一堂课一个小时半。

3. Where is the location of the tutoring? Do you have a centre? ​补习的地点在哪里？请问有补习中心吗？

​Currently we only offer door to door/ online tutoring. 
目前我们都是上门或线上教学。

4. How do you estimate the fees?
补习费是如何计算？

​The exact fees are dependent on the level, duration and the location. Therefore, for an exact amount of fees, please contact us directly. A deposit equivalent to the total fees for one month’s classes will be collected before the start of first lesson, which can be used to deduct the fees for the last few sessions should the student decided to stop attending the classes.
学费的计算是结合年级，补习时间和地点等。请直接联络我们以获取准确的学费数目。课堂开始之前，学生需要缴付相等于一个月的课堂的学费以作订金。此订金将会在学生决定停课是用于扣除最后的几堂课的学费。

5. Will fees be collected for missed classes? What about replacement classes?
如果我缺席某些课，该课的补习费还会结算在内吗？缺席的课能否安排补课？

​Flexibility is our biggest selling point; we do not collect fees for any classes that are missed. However, there is a minimum requirement of fulfilling 50% of the classes in a month. Replacement classes are possible, subjected to schedule and availability.
​为了给与学生和家长最大的方便，我们将不会对任何取消的课堂收费，但是需要遵守一个月要补满至少一半的课堂次数的条规。补课必须视老师的时间表而定。

6. Is transportation arrangement possible?
​请问有交通接送的服务吗？

​Unfortunately we do not provide such service.
我们没有提供任何交通接送的服务。

7. When and how do i need to settle the fees?
补习费在什么时候和怎样缴付？

​The fees are required to be paid at the beginning of the month. Refund will be made accordingly if there are missed/cancelled classes. Payment method includes cash or bank transfer.
补习费在月头一次过缴付。如有取消的课堂，将会如期退还。我们接受现金交易或银行转账。
